We’ll spend two hours exploring the relationship between groove and technique through the lens of Popping.
Together we’ll work on:
• Finding stronger hits without losing your natural groove.
• Footwork that feels rhythmic instead of mechanical.
• Creating gestures and angles with intention.
• Learning how groove and technique support one another—not compete.
We’ll be moving to instrumentals by Battlecat, DJ Quik, and Erick Sermon, using the music as our guide throughout the session.
Whether you’re new to Popping or looking to deepen your practice, come ready to listen, experiment, and move.
